So far, it's my first experience here. Everyone was very kind, especially since I was late due to Google talking me to the wrong building, 1-2 miles away.

Dr. Pungoti is awesome. I credit him with saving my life and getting me back on the road to good health since my emergency ten years ago. The staff at the office were kind and respectful and efficient.

Doctor gave good explanation of possible causes of symptoms and how to respond to the symptoms in future. Gave further explanation on possible prescription for elevated cholesterol and arranged referral for specialty pharmacy.

He was kind but did not inquire or factor in my concerning medical history. Did not listen to my concerns or give me time to express them. Everything felt rushed and after sharing my first concern he cut me off and dismissed it, then did not give me a chance to say anything else before referring me to another facility.
