Dr Yuen is an excellent doctor. I have seen him for years now and he is always kind, friendly and compassionate

The doc is very popular and booked out way in advance. But I appreciate all the labs drawn to clarify the dx.

The provider was able to explain everything

Dr is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he seems on top of it with my daughter's care. Im not sure if he primarily works with adults, but he doesnt engage or build much rapport with my daughter, he mostly talks to me. I want her to feel included in her own care so she can advocate for herself, so this is one thing I find lacking with this provider. Otherwise he seems like a great doctor, and we are happy to have care closer to home.

I arrived early and he saw me early, which was very impressive. His questions and answers were very relevant and useful.

I was able to easily change my appointment from in-person to virtual. Listens to my concerns, referred me to specialist and has tried multiple things to address my medical needs.

Dr Yuen is a great doctor. I've been seeing him for 20+ years & I enjoy seeing Dr Yuen. He is easy to talk to & I feel comfortable speaking with him about my issues.

All of my PAC MED Dr.'s are great. They listen. They give me the "why's" for how they are treating me (PT, meds, follow ups, etc.) They all care about the "person", not just treating the "symptoms "). I love being a part of the PAC MED Health Care System.

Overthe past few years I have had to switch insurance and coverage, I have struggled to find and keep one that included Dr.Yuen this year was no different I had to go down a afew tiers in coverage to stay under his care id recommend this Dr. To anyone seeking his specialty.

Dr. Yuen was very well mannered and respectful, I would like to figure out EXACLTY what I have been allergic to for over 30 years, not just do the skin test and suggest over the counter allergy medicine

Dr. Yuen is very professional and pleasant to be around. I get several shots and does everything he can so they do not hurt.

He was pleasant, but not particularly helpful. A few issues arose that left me feeling uncertain about the quality of care and whether sufficient attention had been given to my health concerns during prior visits. While nothing egregious occurred, and I recognize that providers may be under significant pressures, the experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return.

Such an amazing doctor!

The doctor seemed thorough and did run lab work, but I waited over three months for this specialty appointment and then after the nurse/MA did her part and walked out to the doctor I heard the doctor through the door complaining about them scheduling a "new patient" right before lunch. When the doctor came into the room, I was closed off from even wanting to be there at that point. I have had a rash and swelling since getting COVID vaccines in 2020 and he was the first doctor to admit that he has seen this condition before tied to COVID & Vaccine.

Not hurried, spent quality time with me.

There are not enough allergists. It takes months to see one. This allergist was great, once I could get in to see him.

Dr.Yuen was very knowledgeable about my health issues. The receptionist gave me all the information I needed before and after my appointment. LabCorp was very efficient to get my blood draw done. My visit was a good experience.

Dr. Yuen is my favorite specialist at PacMed. He's personable and you can tell he cares about his patients and genuinely wants to do everything he can to help them.

It took months for me to get an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived the front desk was courteous and helpful. The Dr took my concerns seriously and did all the testing I was wanting to have done.

He is kind. I can tell that he cares and is genuinely concerned when he hears about my conditions.It all feels very fast when we're doing things and when he speaks, like we're trying to fit as much as possible into not enough time.He's always trying to be productive.I also really appreciate him wanting to take blood tests after our check ins when I change medications to make sure that there are no hidden adverse affects that we would've missed otherwise.
