I have a very good team I'm working with right now & wouldn't change a thing.
I appreciate all.. The receptionist that called me to make sure I was on the video call. She was very pleasant. Dr. Dooms was so helpful, respectful and informative.
Dr Dooms is a highly educated professional who communicates clearly. He understands my ENTIRE health history and is educating me in such a way that I'm optimistic about my future.
Allergy appointment so not anything urgent - Dr. Doom and staff are excellent
I am very grateful for the pro-active care Dr. Dooms provides. He is a strong advocate for the quality of my health.
Appointment was lengthy, but I had results of testing that day. Doctor was knowledgeable, clear, and gave me information regarding my symptoms that surrounded what foods, pollens, animals I should avoid. He also discussed options for treatment plan to lessen need for allergy medications. Great experience overall
Dr Dooms and his staff were kind and attentive, and made sure Nathan felt comfortable with his allergy testing. They answered my questions and concerns thoroughly.
Thanks it was good experience
I absolutely loved my doctor and my visit. The only thing that I did not like was it took so long to get in!
I received extremely interesting and helpful information.
Dr. Dooms always takes time to listen, and discuss what is happening or why things are happening.
All very good experiences with Dr. Dooms. He's a great listener and takes a lot of time to explain everything very thoroughly. He's also very knowledgeable about his field- immunology.
My appointment with Dr Dooms was good and helpful.
Provider experience was really good. Scheduling to see specific providers in the Swedish network takes too long - too many weeks, months to wait for appointment openings.
Kevin Dooms is always proactive regarding my well being, experience, and medications
Really like working with Dr. Dooms. He is supportive and provides useful insights.
Dr. Dooms is one of very few physicians that treat my particular health issue. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and caring. He communicates well with me and my other physicians. I feel included in my ongoing health plan in a way that works best for me. I feel fortunate to have him on my team.
I was late because of transportation issues and my doctor still saw me and spent time with me.
Just felt a little bit rushed. Like I had to hurry to ask additional questions. Felt also like pre-assumed opinions were formed without knowing ALL of the information. But otherwise the experience was good.
Not being very nice and not listening to my concern. He was in such a hurry to leave and was not patiently answer any of my questions.
Even though we were running a little late due to terrible traffic, when I called ahead to let them know we were on our way, they kindly worked with us and encouraged us to keep driving. Although we were almost 15 minutes late for our appointment time, they still worked us in and saw us.
I really appreciate how Dr. Dooms takes the time to communicate with me and to answer messages in a timely manner.
Dr. Dooms and his team take exceptional care of me and my health. In all the years I have had the good fortune of being one of his patients, my experience has always been top notch and I routinely refer people to him and his team when the subject of allergies come up. I could not be happier with my care.
Dr Dooms is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is a great listener and engages in finding solutions. Under his care, my health continues to improve. His treatment program has greatly improved the quality of my life. I am very grateful for his support.
As we now know, I have a rare Immune Disease that went undiagnosed for decades. God Bless the many Drs who kept me alive long enough to find Dr Dooms, and get a miraculous diagnosis & treatment. I could not praise enough the level of his knowledge & skills in his Specialty, and beyond. It is no small exaggeration to say that Dr Dooms saved my life. His ongoing care is crucial to my survival.Though I haven't called his office, we communicate often through MyChart; an incredibly useful tool. He always responds to my concerns very quickly. His Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The Offices are always immaculate & comfortable.Thank You Dr Dooms, and Staff, for the Excellent Care you provide me, and all your patients.
Dr. Dooms is perhaps the best care provider I've ever had and I've had probably 40 or more care providers in my lifetime.
Dr Dooms and the best there is. He was able to figure out what was happening to me when nobody else could while I was hospitalized.
Dr Dooms is fantastic! He's very responsive and a caring and a wonderfully brilliant and skilled provider.
I saw Dr. Dooms about a particular issue. I will not be needing to see him on a regular basis. However if l did need to see a specialist again in his field it would certainly be my choice.
The only negative part was that I was on hold for 30-45 minutes or more waiting to make the appointment. I was in another country so it cost me a dollar a minute on hold. Dr Dooms is a wonderful doctor, as is his medical team and Swedish!
Awesome doctor thorough listened to everything asked a lot of detailed questions that let me know he was thinking about my problem. All around great bedside manner and kind which is awesome I didn't feel rushed. Great experience.
Good experience, long waitlist to get in to see the doc
I come from a medical family and have a Master's degree. Dr. Dooms was perhaps the most condescending physician I have encountered in 20 years. While I do not doubt his clinical acumen, Dr. Dooms' "bedside manner" was significantly lacking. After waiting more than 3 months for this initial visit, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
