Dr. Knutson and his staff have been wonderful. When I email with a question, I receive a response during the same day or at latest, the following morning. If Dr. Knutson is not available then a staff member will respond. During visits, everyone has been kind and courteous. Follow-up is prompt (example: prescription refills). I have recommended this practice to others as a result of the service provided.

He answered all my questions and explained the tests. I never felt like he was rushing through any of the answers or comments. He was very pleasant to talk to during my visit.

The provider is very knowledgeable. He stated his opinion based on the norms he has experienced in his practice. I was expecting other results from the testing but the provider was very frank in saying that my symptoms were not caused by an allergic reaction. This was troubling and comforting at the same time. Troubling because I had limited many items from my diet based on a blood test given 4 years prior. Comforting because my food restrictions were instantly removed.

It was only tricky to get appointment here after a long wait of almost 8 months. Otherwise the care provider was amazing in for correctly diagnosing the issue and prescribing remedy

I'm establishing a new care team since we have recently moved here from SW Missouri and everyone with Swedish has been amazing!

My only negative was the long wait to get an appointment as a new patient. That's not Dr. Knudsen's fault. Or Swedish even. Just how it goes for specialists. Also, my only reason for a 9 and not a 10 is that I had a long drive to the office. So that impacted *my* experience but is hardly an indictment of Knudsen or Swedish. Overall this was a great interaction and Knudsen having looked through my history before I got there was great and really streamlined everything.
