This Provider was the Perfect choice, I wish more Providers were as caring.

This my first visit and I found her engaging thoughtful and made me feel I was a part of my team.

Dr Applegate was marvelous - polite and respectful, personable, knowledgeable, thorough.

It was reassuring to learn that the nurse checking my surgical wound not only had all my medical info but she had also assisted with my surgery.

Other than wait time, care was excellent.
