Dr. Kylie L. Klein, MD, is an OB‑GYN physician committed to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care across a wide range of clinical settings. She grew up in Houston, Texas, where she studied Anthropology at Rice University before earning her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Klein completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, followed by several years in private practice in Houston. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Klein transitioned to her role as an OB‑GYN hospitalist and is excited to provide comprehensive care to patients at Swedish Issaquah. She has a strong focus on patient safety, particularly in emergent situations, and strives to ensure that every patient feels heard, supported, and respected—even during brief or unexpected emergency department encounters. A dedicated champion of women’s health, Dr. Klein values building meaningful connections with patients whenever possible and enjoys collaborating closely with midwives and OB‑GYN physician colleagues to deliver high‑quality, team‑based care.
