I left the visit feeling wellinformed and confident in the plan moving forward. Her professionalism and clarity were greatly appreciated.

She was extremely helpful listened to all my concerns and worked up a plan of tests to be done in a timely manor for me to figure out some ongoing issues I am experiencing.

I have seen Dr Chang several times when my normal Dr is not available, and she is always pleasant and so helpful to my concerns! Always explains things very well!

I could tell that Jeannie really took the time to listen which I really appreciate. She also mentioned information in my test results that showed she actually took the time to look at my previous appointment notes. That is a level of thoughtfulness and attention you don't often see anymore. Thank you so much, Jeannie, for taking the extra time.

She is direct and caring. Always professional and helpful. I feel better after talking with her. She always gets the paperwork done in a timely manner and even makes corrections last minute. I feel extremely taken care of.
