Everything was great and wonderful. My experience was top-notch.

All the times I have been to the clinic I have been treated with respect and care, everyone was mindful and helpful. All the doctors were eager to help me, and I appreciate the fact that they are willing to consult with each other if they are not knowledgeable or need assistance. I have had good experiences so far :)

Dr Hsu is thorough, wise, and kind. I called ahead to say I'd be late and almost wasn't seen (I was 15 min late). But Dr Hsu was backed up herself and I waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen. I was grateful she spent time with me though and wasn't rushed.

I've had to change my Primary Care Physician several times in the last few years as they have moved on. I've had Dr. Tsu for about 2 years now. She is by far the best. I hope she stays for a while.

I sought advice about a cyst or abscess on my back. It had become quite infected. Sr.. Hsu was very concerned about it and sent me to the local ER in Federal Way, at St. Francis, so it could be properly treated, blood work and other tests done, and antibiotics given. I am grateful for her concern and recognition of how serious it was.

The provider didn't demonstrate professionalism. I am 73 and she referred to me as "girl". Before she received the results from the blood tests she said this was a case study of Herpes. She appeared to have a lack of medical knowledge and confused. Additionally, there was no evidence of cultural humility.

Provider was very experienced and knowledgeable. She also was patient and caring.

Dr Hsu failed to reply to an email regarding my appointment and during my visit had to be reminded of my health history having met previously! I am considering changing primary care doctors!

The providers were very good in trying to figure out what is going on with my neck pain. Ordered many tests, now in the process of figuring out what is going on.

The front office personnel were really friendly and helpful. The MA got me back to the room really quickly and was nice and knowledgeable. Dr Hsu was very excellent. She spoke clearly and addressed my concerns appropriately.

I was pleased with the doctor, who I had not seen before. She asked questions and listened carefully. She went over my medical records and prior test results to understand my background. The doctor was easy to communicate with, and was very thorough.

I don't mind waiting for a doctor, like Dr. Hsu, who takes time to be with the patient.

My primary provider is Best!

Dr. HSU is a new doctor to me having come from UW Medicine. She was thorough during my initial visit.

I shared earlier that the provider told me I should consider taking post exposure rabies vaccine for my dog bite. I hadnt even considered this. Then she didn't provide any information about how I should decide whether to take it only that I should "go to an ER" if I decided to take it. She then left abruptly. She called back to let me know that I should "do research with the CDC" on whether I should take it. I followed up with questions thru my chart and the nurse responded that I should be asking them with my primary care provider. This makes no sense and was untimely and unhelpful.

First time visit. I loved the diversity and respect.

Dr. Su is very professional, experienced, patient and caring towards patients. She is a great doctor. The rest of the staff was also very nice.

Dr. Hsu has a brilliant, medicine inclined intellect however I believe she's showing signs of aging. She confused right with left and lower with higher. Both could be serious mistakes. However she is the only doctor that actually listened to my concern about leg pain and SUCCESSFULLY treated that. I went for 15 years with this pain often dismissed by other doctors. Honestly, I'm torn between finding a new doctor or keeping her.

Dr was kind, spent time listening , sent out referrals to follow up my care , I will stay with her as a patient.

My care provider is very detail oriented. She also is very knowledgeable about what meds help with my Diabetes Type 2. In my case, she didn't like the side effects of the medication I was taking, so she switched me to a new medication. The lab tests showed that I am deficient in Vit B12. She had her medical assistant call me to let me know, so I can go ahead and take a supplement for this problem.
