I find my doctor to be great! She listens and talks to me about my concerns and any tests I should be having ie : mammogram , bone density ..

Unwilling to listen and ask questions. Very Impatient about what I had to ask and say about my concerns. No eye contacts from this doctor. Spent the whole time session looking at the computer and typing. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

During this Visit, it's my worth experience with this Dr. Chan lee. She not talk, asked questions, say nothing but go through my medical records. I try to to about my issues, kinda shut me off, she said not this visit. Very bad and not sure how she still served this clinic?

Dr. Chan didn't listen to me. I told her my concern and her follow up questions indicated she did not listen to what I said. Additionally, I didn't book the appointment as an annual physical, but she was treating it as one. Therefore, when I asked about a secondary concern(a simple med request for chronic cold sores) she sighed as if it was a problem and said, "you know this is a physical?" I will not see her again.

My appointment was changed to a wellness visit a few hours before the appointment. In the appointment, the doctor said she "didn't have time" to hear about symptoms (daily headaches/migraines and frequent pain in my side) and that I needed to schedule another appointment for that because this was a wellness visit.

She and her nurse and check in personal were awesome. Thank you

I just moved to the area from out of state. This was my first appointment with a new provider. She was great !

For this visit the nurse/assistant was the one I saw. She was very careful and thoughtful. I appreciate her concern. Dr. Chan checked the problem before and after the nurse worked on removing ear wax.

I was previously going to Optum didn't have a regular dr. I had high cholesterol and blood pressure since 2007 but no one seemed to concerned in the clinic attending. My eye dr recommended to find a regular dot. I am happy with Providence and my provider. I have recommended others to Providence.

She was either unfamiliar with or had difficulty navigating the screens on the computer. Took a while.

Dr Chan did not allow any talk about my health questions or concerns during the visit. She refused to talk about anything or answer any question but just did very basic checks. She act like a robot, not human being or real doctor. How could a doctor not allow patient to ask questions about wellness or feeling when doing preventive care?

Dr. Lee Ha Chan is a patient person who listened carefully to my conditions and explained to me easy to understand about my health questions or concerns. She spent enough time to give me medical treatment in detail.

Dr. Chan took too long just checking my history and did not want to hear about any of my concerns. I will not keep her as my PCP. Shouldn't a PCP listen and get to know their patient?

Because UW Med no longer takes my ins., I had to find a new primary care provider with PacMed. They made it a fairly easy experience to meet my new provider - Dr Chan.

She listen to what I say or question and give advise to the matter. Totally professional

I asked the provider to order a test on my Hepatitis B concern . She didn't. She referred me to specialist which will cost me an additional visits. Kind of disappointed.

She explain to me the result of the test very well and recommendation

Recently moved to the area. My first visit with her. She really didn't talk to me but imported my records and read them. I feel that should have been done before my visit, Referred me to an orthopedic doctor who is only in the area once a week. I wish I had known that before she issued the referral. I need to pursue seeing someone else on my own as I cannot wait till the end of May.

Dr. Chan is empathetic and knowledgeable.

Dr. LEE HA Chan very patient and took the time to listened to my concerns. After her thorough examination of my hemorrhoid and hip pain, she gave clear explanations for what I needed to do and the prescriptions to help me.
