I have been a patient of Dr Gonzales for a couple of years now not long but long enough to know that she cares a lot about me and other patients. Dr Gonzalas has just become my provider this year. I had a meet and greet with her in April and my yearly exam last week. Both times I found her very thorough and responsive to my questions, health needs and concerns she went over all my records with me and listened to any concerns I may have and gave me answers and put my mind at ease, she is the 4th provider I have had at Pac Med since 2020 (my others left/reitred) so with that turn over you start to become skeptical on how good your medical care will be but Dr Gonzalas has proved so far to be a wonderful provider and I feel I am in good hands with such a kind, cariing and responsive doctor.

I felt heard and received a quick recommendation to follow up with the on site Nutritionist and schedule an appt right away to help me with some of the concerns I was expressing. I felt I was not rushed out the door but had plenty of time to go over questions and relevant follow up for the coming year.

It's pretty difficult to get an appointment with this provider but this means that she is an excellent doctor and extremely popular. She is very caring and a good listener.

It was my second time to visit this facility and I like it very much. Maybe the only slight gripe would be that the lab testing area is very congested.

I have been with PACMED for almost 22 yrs and rarely do I have difficulty. It is just when MD's or my primary on maternity leave or vacation.
