IT was my first visit to the medical team at Bellevue Swedish health. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, care from all employees, and the in-office facilities. A fantastic group of people and everything is quick and convenient. Dr. Shung took her time and listened to me. As this was a a new patient appointment, we didn't get into too many specifics on my concerns, but she did listen and set up a follow up appointment to cover those later this month. Very impressed with this group. I tried a few other Doctor offices after moving from Houston and Seattle and finally feel like I've found a good group!

Overall, Dr. I highly recommend Shung as a care provider and would recommend her to others seeking a PCP. I was slightly frustrated with the request of a visit for a medication re-refill that resulted in a referral, as this information could have easily been communicated through the patient portal and that method would not have resulted in me needing to pay a co-pay for a quick conversation.

The doctor was pleasant and communicative and patiently answered all of my questions.
