Good experience, all questions asked were answered
Swedish Patient
Direct quote from provider was "Maybe if I looked at your chart before this I would know more about your case but I didn't". Extremely poor care. Showed up 12-15 minutes past appointment time. First thing she said was "this is only 20 minutes so only pick one issue". Seemed ready to get off the call. Wanted me to provide justification for labs that my doctor at Swedish orders for me at a minimum once a year or else she would not order them. Did not have good bedside manner and did not take the time to educate herself on my chart beforehand.

Swedish Patient
Nurse Practitioner Tempest was very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. She illustrates a caring attitude in wanting to help resolve my health concerns. I am happy that I was able to meet her promptly when my normal primary care physician's schedule was full for several months.
