Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating. This appointment was for an annual follow-up for surgery performed by the Provider in 2011. The surgery was very successful, and the care he provided during the surgery, during my post-surgical stay at the hospital, and during my annual follow-ups has been excellent.

Dr. Vallieres is truly one of the finest Doctors I have ever met or known. His professionalism and expertise is off the charts. His demeanor is that of a true gentleman who surpasses all I have ever met. He took all the time I needed to detail and explain each and every aspect of my condition and in finding resolve. As a matter of fact: I got taken to school and loved every minute of hearing this brilliant man define, explain and elaborate in layman's terms, the details on my condition, medical situation and solution. This Doctor is brilliant; has a razor sharp intellect and is HIGHLY knowing of every detail within his area of expertise. I have never had a Doctor take that much time to explain and define. I am most grateful. Swedish is most fortunate to have this man as a Surgeon, as am I.

I think, because I was released on a weekend, my post op. experience was bad. No paperwork or instructions of any kind until I called!
