I was given a knee brace this is too large. Told in office I had OA, test results from X Ray show NO OA. Awaiting an answer as to why on MyChart (Dr. Henning isn't an option in MyChart, only my previous PCP who is no longer with Swedish, so when responding it will go to her first and hopefully be rerouted). My experience w/ Dr. Henning was exceptional. I have suffered with the problem I saw them about for 3+ years and he was the first physician to give me an alternate diagnosis that led to a new discovery of a cause for my condition.

To all the questions I asked the provider gave one answer 'I do not know'. it is necessary to hire people who know the answers to patients' questions and who are capable of getting deeper into each patient's medical history to be able to diagnose a disease properly. I agree with the society's opinion that this medical care system desperately needs change and reform.

while The provider spent time with me it was not time where he was engaged with physical exam or talking with me. It was more about finding a physical therapy location which was somewhat challenging since he is new to the area. More time we spend on finding a physical therapy location then with my care.

Dr. Henning needs to work on his bedside manner. He came across as very unfriendly. He was good medically in giving me options though so I would return to him because he came up with some good new options for me.

I think the only issue I had was the disappointment I felt because he did not even bother to look at my knees on the ultrasound machine. It was only based on what I said pretty much. I get he has my records but it had been over a year since I last had it checked. since Dr. [...] left and this was our first time meeting each other I had expected him to at least take a look at my knees.
