Great! Dr. Chang was genuinely interested, friendly & eminently competent & knowledgeable.

Dr. Chang is the best!

Dr Chang was both personable & professional. He was very clear and answered all 1's to my satisfaction.

Seemed a little rushed. When I asked about symptoms and problems (that I wondered if could be related to sleep apnea) he seemed pretty quick to dismiss them as unrelated and seemed to want to move on to the patient education part of the session (most of which I already knew as I had done some background research before the appointment) rather than answer my specific questions. I kind of felt like he was ticking off boxes to make sure he was covering his bases rather than dealing with my concerns as an individual patient. Mostly though, he was polite and seemed concerned that I get diagnosed correctly and get the treatment I need, if any.

DR. Chang was outstanding. He provided very clear explanations and took time to answer all my questions. He was very compassionate and caring.

He was really nice the only thing I didn't like was he would over simplify and repeat things over and over again although I said I understood. Seemed like he didn't really seem to take my concerns seriously. Wanted to start very conservative and when I hinted I kind of wanted to take more action he implied it would be a waste if we rushed into anything without trying the basics first.

was good explaining sleep problems but didn't say if there were follow ups

Morris Chang was one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He was a wealth of information. He spent time talking to me, explaining possible causes for my symptoms, ways of diagnosis and possible treatments and pros and cons of each. He also explained why the problems occur and what the body does. He did a physical exam and listened to every query and explained fully. Spent a lot of time with me. He even took time to answer sleep questions I had unrelated to my visit. It's a shame he just does sleep medicine because I'd go to him for many other things otherwise!

While we are educated in the physiology of the human body perhaps a bit more than a typical patient, I like to see how physicians present their knowledge to the patient/client/consumer. Dr. Morris Chang used analogies that described to me, as a patient, how the body mechanics of breathing occur. He also explained in layman terms but then coupled that explanation with the appropriate medical term and by doing so in his explanation delivery, learning by the patient, me or any other patient, can take place. I find this attribute of Dr. Morris Chang's information delivery to his patients to be extremely important for all physicians to use. A physician and team with such skills and medical prowess is meets criteria for me to refer my coworkers, peers, friends.

Dr. Chang rocks!

Provider seemed rushed at the end of a busy day; provider seemed defensive about some questions; provider did not focus on a long-term approach but rather a "try this" approach.

i'm not really sure the Dr. Chang heard what I had to say. Much of what he said was clearly memorized responses to pre-conceived questions. Mind you, I'm not 100% sure that he wasn't listened, but neither am I sure that he was. I left feeling he was trying to slot me into where he felt I should be.

good doctor

I followed Dr. Chang from his previous clinic to Swedish to stay with him for my sleep health care.

he oversimplified and used "words I can understand" too much. I have a masters degree. I do not need him to boil things down to such simplistic terms when I know the human body is more nuanced than that.

I am very impressed with Dr. Chang. He is very bright and knowledgeable in his specialty. Did not know anything about him before my visit but am very pleased he was assigned to me. Am somewhat knowledgeable about the medical field as my only son is a primary care physician and we have talked about doctor/patient issues at length. Dr. Chang is a credit to your organization in my view

Very informative and personable.
