The provider didn't give the treatment he recommended to me in his office because he said he "didn't have time," that I could choose to "deal with one problem or the other!" The other problem being lower abdominal pain radiating to my back. He didn't bother to refer me to anyone for that, only to rehab for my neck. He only did urine screening.

Dr. Erickson was excellent. Almost made me change my mind about finding a new clinic next year. I don't know if I could find someone as good to help me with my knee pain.

My alternative perspectives didn't seem to be considered.

Very good.

I had to look up one of my diagnoses at home to know what it was. My hips hurt during the appointment but were not evaluated as possible causes of knee pain.

provider seems knowledgeable and capable, but doesn't communicate follow up well

My concern was getting test results communicated back to me. I would repeatedly call the office and ask the doctor's assistant who may or may not follow up with me. Sometimes it took DAYS for a follow up and seemed the doctor had never looked at the results. Bad communication with patient once patient leaves the clinic.
