Neurologist

Accepting New Patients
Professional Statement
Dr. Taylor started her medical career in a different direction. Once she was introduced to neurology, she was fascinated by the field and its diagnostic challenges and was encouraged by her faculty to pursue this as a career. She has never regretted this decision and is particularly grateful for the privilege to be able to share in the care of patients with chronic illness because of the satisfaction of the doctor patient relationship. Dr. Taylor's philosophy of care is to educate her patients so that she can partner with them in their care. Every patient has a unique journey to follow and she hopes to be able to guide him or her along the way. Dr. Taylor enjoys Notre Dame football, swimming, writing and golden retrievers. PATIENT RATINGS AND COMMENTS

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

i will not recommend this care provider because she has been seeing me since 09- 2016 without having access to my Brain scan!!!!... When i discussed the brain scan and told her that i am having a problem watching it from my home computer, she told me that she did not see it. She said that it is due to the fact i did it in Providence in Everett and providence and Swedish do not have the same reading power of the C.D.S of the brain scan. Months ago, i attended a meeting of a neurologist in Bellevue. She told us that she shows her patients their brain scan the first day they come to see her. I was the only M.S patient who did not see her brain scan at all!!!!. Now, i am looking for a second opinion because i lost trust in the professionalism of the care provider. I am worried and stressed.

A calm professional who understood my background, took time to let me ask all of my questions and was open to my thoughts about what I need for my care.

Dr. Taylor took over for my other dr. Not all of the info seems accurate. No follow up and made to feel like a number not a person.
