Perinatal Outpatient Therapy
Center for Perinatal Bonding and Support
At the Center for Perinatal Bonding and Support, our team of licensed independent clinical social workers have advanced training in perinatal mental health. We help individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum year who are struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, birth trauma, attachment, parenting, adjustment stress and grief.
Our therapists draw from a variety of evidence based techniques, including:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Exposure and response prevention
- Dialectical behavioral therapy
- Interpersonal therapy
- Promoting first relationships
- Circle of security
We offer short-term individual and group therapy that is solution-oriented and trauma-informed, coordinating care with community providers.
Our therapy groups offer an opportunity to meet others with similar stressors and concerns, while addressing therapeutic goals by learning strategies to manage symptoms. Groups are available for women in pregnancy, postpartum and following perinatal loss.
