Welcome to the Summer 2015 issue of Life to the Fullest, the newsletter from the Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) dedicated to cancer survivors and their family members and caregivers.
In this issue we tackle some of the most personal and potentially challenging aspects of life after cancer treatment: body image and sexuality, exercise and nutrition. Cancer treatment can produce symptoms that affect your quality of life. The articles in this issue provide information about making the transition to your "new normal." We hope you find the information helpful and we encourage you to save and share your Life to the Fullest newsletter.
Nature often holds up a mirror so we can see more clearly the ongoing process of growth, renewal, and transformation in our lives.
