Our office is conveniently located in the Cabrini Tower, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and hotels should you need to stay overnight. The underground parking and direct elevator provide private and easy access to our clinic.

Your initial consultation is usually in person at our office. A virtual consultation can be arranged if you live too far away.

Prior to surgery you will need to complete registration paperwork, have photos of the area of concern, provide Insurance and payment method, and schedule an in-person exam. It is important to have a physical examination in order for the best plan to be made for the surgery. If you’re traveling from out of town, this should be factored in as you make arrangements.

I am coming in for an initial consultation - is there a charge for this visit?

After consulting with one of our physicians you will be provided with a written quote for the procedure which is guaranteed for three months. This quote includes the pre-operative appointment; all surgeons, facility and anesthesia fees; and postoperative follow up appointments for six months.

Payment in full for a cosmetic procedure is required 14 days prior to your scheduled surgery.

After consulting with one of our physicians you will meet with a surgery scheduler who will ensure we have all of the information to pursue prior authorization from your insurance provider/s.

We will bill both primary and secondary insurance carriers. Please be sure to bring all of your insurance information with you. Accurate insurance information will expedite your claim payment. Any balance not paid by your insurance carrier will be your responsibility.


How much will my procedure cost?

Surgery patients will receive a statement for facility fees performed in one of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You will also receive a statement for the surgeon's and anesthesia professional's fees. Anesthesia services may also be billed independently by the provider.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Health Credit Services. Application for credit via Health Credit Services is facilitated by our office. Interest rates for this plan start at 9.99% and are based on credit worthiness.
