The Dockside Café offers healthy choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Located on the hospital's first floor, the cafe features homemade soups, sandwiches, salads and daily specials. Visitors can also enjoy extensive dining options via our A la Carte Dining Service available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. - just call ext. 3-3333 from any internal phone.
A chapel and meditation room are available on 3 North. Interdenominational Eucharistic services are held every Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Chaplains are also available to patients and families in need of emotional support. To request a chaplain before 5 p.m. on weekdays, call 206-782-2700, ext. 35615. After 5 p.m. and on weekends, call 206-386-6000.
You'll find a cash machine on the first floor near the B elevators and newspaper stands just outside the main entrance and the Emergency Department.
More than 100 works of art grace the walls of Swedish Ballard. This public art collection is a result of the hospital's commitment to providing a humanizing and enriching atmosphere for patients, visitors and staff, and is supported in part by donations.
