I am a Montana native who attended Carroll College in Helena, MT.  My small-town upbringing strongly shaped a desire to enter primary care – a specialty focused on longitudinal care for the whole family.  I swapped the mountains and sunshine of Montana for the costal beauty of Seattle in order to attend medical school at the University of Washington.  In 2012 I completed residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver.  It is a great honor to spend the next year at the Geriatric Fellowship Program through Swedish Family Medicine.

My husband and I take great joy in living in Seattle.  Time away from work is often focused on exploring new parts of the city and enjoying the excellent local food options.  Outside of the city, we love to escape to our hometowns to spend time with our families and to enjoy mountain living again.
