Carol is one of the best medical provider that I have seen at Swedish or anywhere! She took extra time after hours to explain my Seca results to me that looked so scary. In my lifetime I have seen many providers, and It put me at ease talking with Carol. As we age any changes In one's health can bring on much worry and anxiety. I truly know that with her help I will attain my weight goals. Something that I have been fighting my entire adult life! Carol is the best! I consider myself so blessed and lucky for her guidance and her wealth of knowledge! I know that she will have such a positive impact on my health in the years to come!

All great with Carol Birch. She's the best. Very easy to like, professional, and compassionate. Carol radiates positive energy. She explains treatment, or steps to plan a surgery I want to have that she thinks I would benefit greatly from. She explained the process slowly and she made sure I knew she would post it on my summary, inwhich she did. And she didn't forget to remind me of one thing. Carol is the best. Swedish got lucky when they hired her on. :)

Carol was great on virtual and in person. She's very knowledgeable and helps you understand what she's saying by using examples.

I came to the meeting with an expectation of getting a game plan and a path to move forward and I left the meeting with exactly what I needed and a time for follow up I was very happy with the visit.

I have been seeing Carol Birch for 5-6 years and her care has always been impeccable. She is a fountain of knowledge and overall great caregiver. Every time I leave a visit with Carol, I think to myself, "What am I going to do when she decides to retire?" I know Swedish hires great staff, but there is something special about Carol and all her experience, knowledge and professionalism that makes her extra reassuring as a health professional.

Ruth bad experience with Carol. She was 25 minutes late to my appointment. She didn't address me at all. She was just typing on the computer. She didn't review my medical history- she said well I see a lot of people- very dismissive person, I would not recommend. When I asked her. A question about my portion size she just said come back in 2 months.

Carol Burch has been extremely helpful to me. I have struggled for years to lose weight to no avail. Carol immediately saw my problem and adjusted my diet. I am now dropping pounds and feel so much better. My labs have improved and best of all, I am making an eating life change and feel confident I won't gain the weight back because I know what to eat now to lose and sustain the weight loss. Carol is amazing!

The people I see are great. My PCP is the least likely to suggest specialists so I have gotten them myself at times. I would like my PCP to be more forward with me when I need to do better and get me to someone to help me with issues.

Carol is very knowledgeable about the subjects we discuss & always takes time to explain something if I have questions. She's very good at taking the time to make sure I understand what is needed for my care.

I started seeing Carol many years ago after having a poor experience at a different health institution. I've never thought about changing my provider once meeting Carol. Nothing is forever but I hoping that seeing Carol for my bariatric care is the exception. I will never change my bariatic health care provider as long as it's Carol. Thank you Carol!

Carol is absolutely wonderful and I'm so grateful for each and every visit with her. I am seeing results and feeling healthier and appreciate her kindness, respect, compassion, and great knowledge on how to help me continue to become healthier, both physically and emotionally. She truly is one of the best in her field. Every single experience I have with her, both in person as well as virtual, is extremely positive and beneficial. My only request for Swedish is that her patients be able to schedule both virtual AND in-person appointments with Carol via the online appointment system. I look forward to the bugs being work out with the system so that can be possible, as it would be significantly easier than having to call the scheduler. But this point of feedback is in no way pointed at Carol directly. Simply that the system I have to use to get to Carol has room for improvement.
