I absolutely dislike dr Craig. He cares and speaks more about his personal feelings towards smokers, regardless of the actual facts that are provided for him. Plus, he makes you feel uncomfortable when he's typin and staring at you.

Filled with fear about appt as I hadn't seen PCP in 74 yr. Immediately set at ease by provider. Great communicator. Good listener. Explained things thoroughly. Great suggestions. Encouraging related to health goals. Potentially already saved my life by finding worrisome mole & referring me to dermatologist -> receiving treatment tomorrow for positive biopsy. Thrilled to have established MD/patient with Dr. Schier. A most excellent clinician and obviously great human being.

Nice, but an awkward bedside manner. Didn't remember me from my previous visits.

Dr Shier is outstanding - Dr [...] is my main doctor but due to a trauma, Dr Shier helped me thru out the trauma. I love all my Swedish doctors - Dr [...] as well ( cardiologist)

He's come a long way! Last year I would avoid him like the plague. He was rude and unpersonable. However, this year he has improved immensely. He need to work on his personality. He's stiff, how he has come along way.

Dr. S was good. HOWEVER - person who did blood draw was terrible! She left a huge bruise and a hematoma size of a golf ball!

I felt my provider was a bit unsure of himself while performing my procedure, which made me slightly nervous.

This provider is polite but extremely impersonal. I would not recommend him to someone who is looking for a warm, caring health care professional. It is possible to be a human being and act caring instead of acting like a data machine that the patient pushes buttons to get answers.

Have had bad experiences in the past at Swedish in the imaging department, but they have stepped up their game and fixed all issues.

The only problem I experienced was the excessive wait time after entering the exam room.

The Dr. and assistant provided more than ample time to discuss health conditions. His follow-up on testing and recommendations was outstanding and clearly outside his normal working hours.

[...] I have availed myself to testing for quick data collection, but am told to wait 2 months to see a specialist for that data. [...] Also, with my chronic condition I see data collection going down the exact same path as so many times before which have resulted in failure to diagnose and treat. [...]
