PATIENT RATINGS AND COMMENTS

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ro and Dr. [...] since going to Swedish. With [...] and Dr. [...] leaving Swedish I too would follow them except for the excellent care of Dr. Ro and [...].

the appointment went well - it was a followup for medical tests conducted almost six months previously. I appreciated the amount of time the doctor spent discussing symptoms and possible next steps.

I have seen many doctors who are part of the Swedish family. Dr. Suzie Ro has a very high level of expertise in her field, provides care with great competence, and has high emotional intelligence.

After almost 10+ years of being told I had essential tremors, Dr Ro told me that I had [...], instead. Also, missed my eye shifting and after bringing it to her attention, she told me to see an eye doctor (which I do regularly and it is not an eye issue). Didn't offer to explain or offer to research how this may be related to my underlying neurological issues.

I have total confidence in Dr Ro's service.

Under Dr. Ro's care and her concern for my long term well being I could not feel better about placing myself in her care. Her expert knowledge, couples with her compassion and zeal in which she treats me are a reflection of her commitment to my case, and [...] to her practice of medicine. You are blessed to have her on you staff! Well done Dr. Ro.

Appt. felt a bit rushed due to slow check in!

08/25/2016
Not enough time spent at appointment. Not able to schedule follow up appt as directed by the doctor. Schedule is always full and instead of 3 month return follow up as doctor directs, the first opening is 6 months away. For Parkinson patients this is very much and issue and creates more anxiety !!

Dr Ro herself called on a Saturday to inform that she has family emergency and next Monday's appointment has to be rescheduled. Even though she had family emergency but cared to call her patients !
