Dr. Procaccini is very friendly and always shows a positive attitude. However, it concerns me that he doesn't show concern or belief for the symptoms I am conveying to him. He does not believe I have liver pain and has mentioned that in my disease the liver doesn't hurt. When it does! The literature say so. He also does not consider the reason for my symptoms or increased symptoms may be due to side effects of my medication. I realized this when, based on my symptoms, I was not going to be seen. I decided to do some research myself and found out that most of my increased problems where due to my medication side effects. After I read this then I calmed down and concluded there was nothing else that could be done and just needed to deal with it.

Very nice gentleman. However, I feel he holds back information. [...] My liver hurts I don't think he believes me.
