Dr. Pollack is amazing, provides great care & information, and is non-judging and supportive of our choices.

At first I was hesitant to see a male provider, but I ended up really enjoying talking w/Dr. Pollack. He was very straightforward, answered my questions, and gave me great advice/info about pregnancy. I look forward to continuing to see him through delivery.

He didn't feel the need to examine me to see what the issue is, and he only concentrated on the HRT!

best doctor ever.

I'm so thankful to have had Dr. Pollack for this procedure. I was very nervous and he went above and beyond, patiently answering my questions and helping me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pollack is so patient, humble, and he really listens. He's truly one of the best.

Again, this was not a planned appointment or procedure. Dr. Pollack explained very clearly what a miscarriage is. He sat in silence for 2-3 minutes at a time waiting for my husband and I to think of a question. He explained the procedure very thoroughly and also explained other options very thoroughly. He was very kind and genuine when he was speaking about the cause of miscarriages and it has been very helpful thinking about the examples that he gave.

15 Minutes is not adequate to have questions answered and provide care that is confidence inspiring. Dr. ZP makes an effort to answer all questions but time does not allow. We wish we had selected the midwives or a practice that is more focused on providing care leading up to delivery.

Dr. Pollack was respectful but very hurried and nervous-seeming. My usual provider spends more time with me and doesn't seem uncomfortable in the way that Dr. Pollack did. the visit felt rushed and the doctor spoke so hurriedly and in a tone my husband and I both had to strain to hear. he just seemed uncomfortable.

Dr. Pollack is the best! He really is compassionate about his patients and his work.

Dr Pollack was amazing, compassionate and thoughtful. He took the time to explain in great detail and also wanted to follow up with further test results in a very delicate situation. He's fabulous.

On Pollack is great!

Dr. Pollack is great!

The doctor is very nice, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. However, I am deaf in my left ear, and sometimes he is very hard to understand. He talks very fast, and [...] sometimes I have difficulty understanding what he says to me.

Dr. Pollack is not my usual provider & I was uncertain about seeing a male OB/GYN but he was great & I really respected him. He did a wonderful job explaining my questions.

I was very pleased and appreciation with my appt. This was my first appt with Dr. Pollack. He was thorough, professional, explained everything very well and seemed interested in my overall health. He and [...] work very well as a team.

Dr. Pollack is a great doctor. You can tell he has genuine care for his patients.

[...] my IUD placement did not go smoothly. Dr. Pollack prepared me for the procedure and explained everything he would be doing before it happened. [...] the measuring of my uterus and placement of the IUD was more painful than I expected - not his fault at all. I was visibly in pain, and he asked several times if I was okay or if I needed a break. At that point, I just wanted it to be over so I said no. I appreciated his concern. After the IUD was in place, he wanted to check the placement with an ultrasound because I had been in so much pain. [...] The ultrasound revealed [...] it had to be removed. [...] Dr. Pollack was very compassionate and expressed his apologies [...]. I could tell he felt genuinely sorry for the distress I was in. I wanted to understand what had gone wrong, and he took his time explaining it to me and making sure it all made sense. I never felt that he was in a rush to be done with our appointment [...]. He offered to talk about other forms of birth control, and we discussed that at length. [...] I know that things like this happen and I trust Dr. Pollack to do everything he can to minimize my discomfort. [...] I am happy to have Dr. Pollack as my OB-GYN. A lot of women I know are not comfortable having male providers, and I am always quick to share from my experience, which has been wholly positive in spite of my most recent visit.

Dr. Pollock is awesome! He is very caring and gives clear explanations in terms that are easy to understand. He's very thorough and takes time to answer any and all questions. He was the only OGBYN to catch that I had migraines with auras and couldn't take certain kinds of birth control. I would recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I were both very confident about Dr. Pollack's knowledge and his empathy, and he did his best to communicate the situation very clearly to us and answer all our questions to our satisfaction. However […], he seems to have a little difficulty with the speed of his speech. […], we were prepared for this and it didn't impact our visit, but I would unfortunately feel some hesitation in recommending him to a friend or family member because I think if […] we had not both been ready to listen very attentively and feel confident in asking clarifying questions when needed, or even if we were not both relatively well-educated and used to complex terminology, we might have had difficulty his speech patterns, or even felt stressed by them. We both got the sense that he was a great doctor with an otherwise fantastic manner, […]

Dr Pollack speaks extremely quickly and mumbles a bit. He is very conscientious and I trust his medical judgment, but communication could be strengthened by just slowing down a bit.

He was running a little big deal. Entered the room and dove right into things, speaking a little too fast. He needs to take the time to slow down a bit and create a more calming, relaxed environment. [...]

I experienced considerable upper abdominal bloating after the medical procedures which lasted 2 days. I was not informed this may occur and researched online to find the information on post-procedure side effect.
