I showed the doctor a rash that I had on my butt cheek. the doctor told me it was just a normal rash. the rash got worse and a few days later my PT told me those were not rashes, but early stage bed sores. I went to another doctor who told me the cortisone cream I was using was actually makingit worse...

doc visits are "check the box" experiences for us - we would love more proactive value - hypothetical - "i see your are vegetarian, are you getting enough b - let me get a feel for that" - i don't know but sometimes, proactive concern is welcome

Dr. Morrison is great, he always listens carefully and keeps me fully informed regarding my medications and refilling scripts. If it weren't for him, I would likely switch to another clinic as it's gotten harder and harder to make an appointment and I also live further away now, but I don't want to find a new provider.

Dr. Morrison had nothing to say regarding how to prevent the spread of the infection to family members or how to prevent a recurrence of the infection.

This was my very first visit with Dr. Morrison and the appointment was to "establish care".

I recommend the doctor, but not the inability to get an appointment.

Much better experience than the previous provider I saw at the Queen Anne clinic.

I drive all the way from Issaquah to Queen Anne because I trust Dr Morrison. I have tried to find a new PCP in Issaquah since my retirement from my Queen Anne job, but have not succeeded. Navigating the process of finding a new PCP in Issaquah is disappointingly difficult. There does not seem to be a central number where I can start that process.

My experience was very good.

I always feel like doctors are rushed. I am having to come back for a second meeting to talk about the other half of my medical needs, not because of anything with me, but apparently there's not enough time to talk about more than one thing in any given appointment unless there's ample warning. For the record, I listed the things I wanted to talk about when I made the appointment through MyChart, but that wasn't enough. So I'm going back for a second checkup. Seems like a waste of time and effort caused by being caught off guard by a need to talk for more than the doctor's alloted 15 minutes. It makes me feel like an object on a fast-moving belt, not a patient. No specific blame on the doctor here - it feels like he's trapped in a system in this regard.
