I trust Dr. Iles-Shea fully.

Best doctor I've ever had. Friendly, concerned - a perfect mix for her profession.

Dr Iles Shih Is as professional and medically confident as any doctor that has ever served my health needs!

Good experience.

Very knowledgeable doctor.

I feel Dr. Lulu, was not hearing my concern for drinking the icky drink I have to drink for my procedure. I'm have severe emotional issues drinking that stuff and I want to drink the stuff my old Dr. would give me, but she wasn't hearing me!!! I hope I can get this drink down and the procedure done...

Dr. Iles-Shih is great and I've already bragged about her to my friends. literally I have done this on Facebook. I've got many friends who have chronic conditions, and having a health care provider they trust is rare and important.

Dr. Iles-Shih is very brisk, efficient and in charge at all times. We did not discuss the issue I actually wanted to. Partly my fault for not expressing questions.

I have been to many GI drs through the last 18 years. I will never again see another dr. Dr. Iles - She is by far the kindnest most informative GI I have had.

Dr. Iles-Shih has become my hero! She has taken care of each of these situations from the 1st app. I've had poor luck with last two gastroenterologists.

[...] I absolutely feel she listens to my concerns, gives great information on medications and long-term aspects of my condition ([...]), and is conscientious about following up with me. She also has a great "bedside manner" and is very warm and friendly, and has made me feel welcome every time I've seen her.

I saw the doctor for follow up/ second opinion. I feel very comfortable with her care, high level of expertise, asked the right questions and very personable.
