Dr. Franklin is very low key--I am not sure all would like this approach.

[...] has seen Dr Franklin since he was born. [...] has had many ear problems and Dr. Franklin was always very clear with what is going on and recommendations have been great.

I am still not over the last time I came where I waited 45+ minutes to see the dr. I literally timed it and it was a 47 minute wait. this visit was better but I am still upset about that.

I like Dr Franklin, but I sometimes find him hard to follow. He does a nice job of interacting with my child, and listened to what was going on.

Probably just us personally, but his bedside manner was lacking. For one, three people came into our appointment as a new patient while we were just meeting the doctor. Having a scribe is a bit excessive and this was all overwhelming to a little guy. The doctor did not even address my child and nothing was done to try and gain his trust. The doctor also talked way too quickly without really listening. I will be looking for someone else even if it means switching out of Swedish if I have to do it.

Doc is always kind, knowledgeable, confident. Does not show much concern over parent issues - nursing.
