Dr Glen David did not examine me (someone else performed that service and it seemed minimal nor do I know he was actually a doctor) but came in later and basically rushed me through. It did not seem that he had reviewed my chart nor had he reviewed the information I made the effort to provide when I submitted my paperwork at admittance.

I felt like it was a very brief appt for a first visit and that not much was asked of me. Only addressed the issue Dr. [...] referred me for not the overall neck/head pain issue. I do appreciate the time however.

Parking was a big problem in the parking garage attached to the Cherry Hill campus. I got a parking violation. There was supposed to be valet parking, but there was no valet, so I parked in a valet spot. Then they cited me for it. I paid the fee by mail, but the mail came back as undeliverable! Don't know what to do or who to pay!

Very off putting to have to explain in detail to a Fellow who comes into room first all your problems. Then 5 minutes after he leaves Dr. David comes in to ask same questions but is very hurried. Feels very impersonal. You leave feeling rushed and like you are on assembly line.

I was surprised by the number of care providers that interacted with me during my office/clinic visits. I saw an MA, a PA, the MD and a person who was charting the entire time. I'm a pretty sophisticated healthcare consumer, and knowing the high cost of health care, it did make me wonder if all of these touch points were necessary or just a means of maximizing revenue. Provider refused to address my neck/back issues, due to a recent injury on my right shoulder. [...] I was sent to x-ray for my shoulder and then to Ortho for a visit. Now he want me to come back in for another consult, [...].. Not willing to do that. I will be switching my insurance back to [...].
