PATIENT RATINGS AND COMMENTS

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I am so tired of being prescribed medications to treat me, instead of the Doctor trying to find out what the problem is. My general practitioner spent more time asking questions and testing me that this doctor did. Big waste of my money and time, I believe.

I was so dubious about seeing a doctor from Neurology [...]. I am really relieved now that I know why the pain and what options I have if the pain gets worse.

I believe he is not well informed of the job he must do. He is not a good Doctor at all.
