PATIENT RATINGS AND COMMENTS

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

My visit was simple as my condition is sound but I do not feel rushed to leave in any way.

dr. Benkers is excellent. very professional. it has made all the difference in finding out about such a serious health condition, a [...] tumor, and the treatment. From the MRI that she ordered (a Friday) to my follow up appt (3 days later) to my [...] biopsy six days later, I have felt cared for and that I may in the best hands. my care team, Dr. [...], Dr. Benkers, and Dr. [...] have been superior. I wish everyone who has to deal with a condition like mine could be under their care. Excellent team. and all of their staffs too!

[...] When I bring up ideas, I'm made to feel like they are crazy ideas. There really is no plan when a reoccurrence happens. [...] Dr. Benkers is unkind [...] And she is totally unaccessible. If I send her an email between appointments someone else will respond and say "good question to ask Dr. Benkers" - actually that is what I thought I was doing by emailing her through the MyChart system. She's completely unreachable. [...]
