Parent-Baby Support Groups
Laugh, cry, share and bond with other parents.
Having a baby is amazing — and at times, amazingly difficult. It helps to have people to share the highs and lows, especially those who can identify with what you’re going through. Going to parent-baby support groups can help get you through a rough patch, help you feel less lonely, and can even help you meet new lifelong friends.
Swedish offers several groups for moms or parents to get together and share their experiences, plus support for breastfeeding moms and moms with postpartum depression. See our birth and family classes page to learn more and register.
To learn more about other parenting resources, see our community resources page. You’ll find groups designed for moms, dads, both parents, families of special-needs children and families of multiples.
