Exercise and Wellness Classes
Physical wellness classes tailored for people with multiple sclerosis meet at the Multiple Sclerosis Center several times per week. These classes are an excellent way to have fun and increase flexibility and wellbeing. Most classes are free, available to non-Swedish patients with MS, caretakers and their loved ones.

Aerobics for All - FREE

Led by Bobbie Severson, ARNP, weekly chair aerobics classes help people with MS maintain and improve function, flexibility and have fun. All abilitities welcome.

Power Over Pain - 8 Week Class
Dates: Thursdays, May 1-June 19, 2014
Time: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
This is a group for anyone living in chonic pain. This class provides strategies for coping with pain, and offers the latest information about optimal ways to manage pain.
Cost: You insurance will be charged for these visits. Preauthorization is required prior to the first meeting.
