Exercise and Wellness Classes
Physical wellness classes tailored for people with multiple sclerosis meet at the Multiple Sclerosis Center several times per week. These classes are an excellent way to have fun and increase flexibility and wellbeing. Most classes are free, available to non-Swedish patients with MS, caretakers and their loved ones.

Aerobics for MS - FREE

Time: 2:00-2:45 p.m.
Led by Bobbie Severson, ARNP, weekly chair aerobics classes help people with MS maintain and improve function, flexibility and have fun.

Relaxation & Stress Reduction Group - FREE

Breathing and mindfulness techniques to practice daily at home that can help manage stress and relax the body and mind.

Gentle Yoga and Wellness Skills - FULL
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Thursdays, 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
A gentle introductory class for people with MS and related diseases. For participants able to transfer to the floor.
All classes are currently full.
