The MS Center at Swedish offers many group activities. Support groups provide opportunities for people with MS and their caregivers/partners to meet, discuss issues and learn more about particular topics related to MS.

A support and activity group for young adults 18-35 living with multiple sclerosis. Expect fun activities, restaurant meetups and occasional speakers about issues related to MS as a young adult.

A multiple sclerosis support group for people in the lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender community. Partners and care providers are also welcome. A safe environment to express concerns, frustrations and the impact of MS on your life or on that of a loved one. A place to talk openly. Co-sponsored by the National MS Society.
