Cerebrovascular Case Conference Series - for Swedish Employees Only
Tuesdays, Weekly, 7-8 a.m.

With the rapid advancements in the management of cerebrovascular disease and stroke, clinicians and hospitals need to quickly adapt their practices. The goal of this series is to create a forum for discussion and review of the latest updates in the field of cerebrovascular care. New knowledge will be applied to specific cases, giving attendees practical information that can be applied to their own patients.

Cranial and Spine M&M Conference Series - for Swedish Employees Only
2nd Thursday, Odd Months
Swedish Neuroscience Institute, Cherry Hill Campus

This series will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss recent cases that have had complications and/or errors. In reviewing the cases, participants will be able to learn from complication errors, modify behavior and judgment based on previous experiences and prevent the repition of errors leading to complications or unanticipated outcomes. You must be on staff at Swedish Medical Center to attend this series.

Neuroscience Grand Rounds
1st and 3rd Thursdays, Monthly (except July, August and holidays), 7:30-8:30 a.m.

The Swedish Neuroscience Institute Grand Rounds series provides a forum for neuroscience specialists in the region to be continually updated on developments in the field of neuroscience. By engaging physicians and allied health professionals on a regular basis, the series also provides attendees with frequent updates on diagnostic and treatment options from a variety of neurological disciplines.

Seattle Science Foundation Spine Conference Series
1st and 3rd Wednesday, Monthly (except holidays), 6:30-8 a.m.
Seattle Science Foundation, Cherry Hill Campus

The Seattle Science Foundation Spine Conference Series provides an ongoing forum for physicians and allied health professionals to enhance their diagnostic, clinical, and treatment skills of spine patients. The series will focus on pre-treatment planning and provide a forum for pre-surgical or pre-intervention case presentations.

Swedish Neuroscience Institute Cancer Conference Series
Mondays, Weekly (except holidays), 7-8:30 a.m.
Seattle Science Foundation, Cherry Hill Campus

The series will provide a forum for case presentations and discussions of protocols/care pathways and technology-related issues in the care of patients with cancer. These forums will include prospective case discussions and no more than 25% didactic presentations. You must be on staff at Swedish Medical Center to attend this series.

Swedish Quarterly Neurology M&M Case Conference Series - by Invitation Only
January 29, April 30, July 30, October 29

The goal of the Neurology M&M Meetings is not only to consult on best practices, but to actively involve medical staff and allied health professionals in real-time improvement of patient care, diagnosis, treatment, use of resources, hospital services and systems at Swedish Medical Center. Thereby, assuring consistent patient safety and quality care delivery. You must be on staff at Swedish Medical Center to attend this series.

Swedish Neurotology Case Conference Series
1st and 3rd Thursdays, Monthly, 7-8 a.m.
Swedish Neuroscience Institute, Suite 540, Cherry Hill Campus

With the rapid advancements in the management of otology diseases, clinicians need to quickly adapt their practices. The goal of this series is to create a forum for discussion and review of the latest updates in the field of otology and neurotology care. New knowledge will be applied to specific cases, giving attendees practical information that can be applied to their own patients.
