Breakfast

Denver Omelet (without milk) – ham, cheese and green peppers
Coffee or tea with cream

Lunch

*Chicken salad on mixed greens- cubes of chicken, mixed with mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, red or green peppers
Vinaigrette

Dinner

*Grilled steak with mushrooms sautéed in butter
Roasted Cauliflower – toss with olive oil, salt and pepper (option - sprinkle with gruyere or other cheese)
Spinach salad with bacon, blue cheese or goat cheese and toasted pecans with a vinaigrette dressing

Breakfast

2 eggs over easy with butter and/or cottage cheese
Bacon or sausage
Coffee or tea with cream

Lunch

Luncheon - (Take slices of turkey, ham, chicken, salami, pastrami, or beef etc. spread with a layer cream cheese, roll up and cut into bite-size pieces – option add dill pickle spears)

Broccoli with cheese sauce (made without milk) or steamed broccoli with butter

Dinner

*Grilled or oven baked salmon or pork chop
Mixed grill vegetables – zucchini, asparagus, red peppers
Mixed green salad with green beans, broccoli and low-carb dressing or vinaigrette

*tofu can be substituted for these meats

Snacks

String cheese
Broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower and red or green peppers (dipped in hummus if you’d like but limit hummus to 1-2 tablespoons total)
