  • Brow lift
A brow lift offers several improvements, including raising a naturally heavy brow line or one that has sagged over time, smoothing horizontal forehead lines and vertical creases between the eyebrows, opening up the eye area and lifting heavy upper eyelids and the outer portions of the eyebrows.
  • Eye-lid (Blepharoplasty)
Upper lid surgery removes unneeded skin and fat through an incision designed to follow a natural skin crease. The incision may extend into a crow’s foot or laugh line at the side of the eyelid.  The lower eyelid may be approached either through an incision that is just beneath the lash line or from the inside of the lid. The inside approach leaves no visible scar. This works best in younger patients who do not need excess skin removed. A blepharoplasty can be done alone or at the same time as a brow lift or face lift. The results of eyelid surgery can be much better if a brow lift is done at the same time to help reposition tissues where they belong anatomically.
  • Facelift
A facelift combines smoothing folds and wrinkles around the nose and mouth, lifting drooping or sunken cheeks, and erasing a "jowly" look to define the jawline. Using incisions hidden within the hairline several layers of facial muscle and tissue are lifted and tightened and secured. The overlying skin is redraped, instead of stretching it, to ensure natural-looking results. The facelift focuses on the lower two-thirds of the face, so it will smooth away folds and wrinkles around the nose and mouth.
  • Breast augmentation
Breast enlargement (augmentation) increases breast size and improves breast shape with either saline and silicone gel implants. Women sometimes choose augmentation when they have decreased breast volume or to balance breast asymmetry when there is a significant difference between the sizes of the breasts. Women who would like to improve both the size and shape of their breasts may choose to have a breast lift in addition to their breast augmentation procedure.
  • Breast reduction
A breast reduction is considered when overly large breasts cause discomfort, such as pain in the upper back, shoulders and neck. Breast reduction surgery (reduction mammoplasty) decreases weight of heavy breasts, repositions the breast higher on the chest and improves breast shape.
  • Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
When exercise alone doesn't restore a flatter stomach, an abdominoplasty can reshape the abdomen. Sagging abdominal wall skin and relaxation of the abdominal wall muscles can happen after pregnancy or with weight fluctuations. A tummy tuck involves removal of skin and fat in the lower abdomen between the belly button and pubic region and extending hip to hip. The underlying muscles are tightened for better internal support.
  • Body Lift after major weight loss
Excess skin is often a result after massive weight loss. A body lift improves the shape and tone of the underlying tissue that supports fat and skin. Excess sagging fat and skin are removed and the procedure(s) can improve the irregular skin surface. Often, two or three areas can be addressed at once, as long as the surgery time is kept to safe limits.
  • Fat Grafting,  lipotransfer,  liposculpture
Fat transfer is an evolving technique for plastic surgeons. The principle is that fat is removed from one part of the body, processed and reinjected into an area that needs increased fill. Liposculpture is commonly used to fill volume in the face, increase breast size and shape the buttocks.
  • Liposuction
Liposuction is a surgery that improves body shape by removing excess fat. The outer thighs and the lower abdomen are particularly good targets for liposuction as are the hips, back, upper arms, knees and chin. The best candidates for liposuction surgery are near their ideal body weight with good skin and muscle tone. Liposuction is not a substitute for weight loss, and does not have the same benefit as diet and exercise. It will not reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes or in any way benefit metabolism and works best when coupled with lifestyle changes. Liposuction is often combined with other surgeries such as a tummy tuck, body lift, thigh lift, buttock lift or arm reduction. The success of contouring by liposuction alone, or with a method to remove excess skin, depends on your body type and your goals.
  • Mommy makeover
Despite its name, mommy makeover surgery can be a good choice for anyone who wants to target multiple areas of the body in one procedure. Typically, mommy makeovers improve the look of sagging breasts, excess skin around the abdomen, unwanted fat deposits in the hips and thighs, and stretch marks. These results can be obtained through a series of surgeries, including liposuction, breast lift or augmentation, and a tummy tuck.

While the benefits of injectables, fillers and skin peels can be impressive, a combination of procedures may be required to rejuvenate the entire face. Many women and men complete their facial renewal with face or neck lift and or eyelid surgery.

  • Injectable fillers and Botox
Injectable fillers and Botox are a safe, effective and minimally invasive alternative to facial cosmetic surgery for men and women interested in facial rejuvenation. They give reasonably good results with short recovery time and few after effects. Injectable products work by adding volume underneath the skin and providing a firm foundation for surface tissues to lie smooth and unwrinkled again. Most products provide results for six to nine months.
  • The Obagi Nu-Derm Non-Invasive System
Our office carries the Obagi Nu-Derm skin care system which consists of prescription-strength ingredients that penetrate deeper into the skin resulting in smoother and firmer skin. As the years pass, the processes that keeps your skin looking vibrant slow down. The Obagi Nu-Derm System helps speed up cell turnover, encouraging dead, dry skin to slough off and fresh new cells to emerge. In the process, your skin's texture looks and feels smoother and firmer. Skin color evens out, with freckles, age spots and sun damaged areas becoming lighter. Moisture improves, so your skin looks fresh and healthy. You'll notice visible results in four to six weeks.
  • Skin Peels
A chemical peel improves both the appearance and the health of your skin. Chemical peels remain the most frequently used, most versatile and efficient way of resurfacing. There are many variations in what chemical agent is used, but all peels involve the application of a solution that removes the upper layers of skin. The damaged skin separates from the deeper layer and peels off in a few days or weeks, depending on the depth of the peel. The resurfacing process takes advantage of the body’s healing capacity as fresh new skin from the deep layer replaces older damaged skin.
