Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

He was very informative about sleep apnea, and, its effect on the body, what treatments can accomplish, and, options of treatments, etc. He definitely set this visit up as an interactive one, engaging me in the conversation, asking if I had other questions, etc. He had obviously gone through some of my medical history, as he was familiar with the same, and, was understanding of the impact of that had/has on my overall well being.

This was a very good experience. My Dr. listened to my concerns and took steps to better understand and address the issue. I felt I was treated very well and not rushed out the door.

He was fantastic. Very friendly, open and I felt I had his total attention during the appointment. I didn't feel rushed or that I was taking up time. Truly a great experience.

Dr. Z. and his staff make an individual "feel at home" and reduces the anxiety of seeing a doctor. To me it's like visiting an uncle who specializes in sleep problems. Dr. Z. shows that he really cares about the individual and treats everyone with a very positive attitude. I would like to thank Dr. Z. for his years of working with me and making my sleep apnea easier. Also, thanks to Dr. Z. for assembling a great support team and keeping them!

We probably should have talked about treatment optiions other than a CPAP.
