Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

[...] there's always a bit of a feeling that you're a number [...]. This is fine by routine gynecological exams, but when I was pregnant with my first child (for which this was the 6-week followup visit), I really craved a more focused experience.

Dr. Zia always goes above & beyond for me.

It was hard to get an appointment with Dr. Zia quickly, but I certainly understand why - she's a great doctor and I'm glad I was able to receive her care.

Dr. Zia is amazing. She is approachable, knowledgeable and really seems to care about her patients. I've been through [...] with Dr. Zia and her level of care it fantastic. She always makes time to answer all of my questions and her demeanor always puts me at ease. I've recommended her to several friends.

Dr. Zia is the best. She explained a sort of embarrassing situation in a way that made me feel comfortable, and is very respectful at all times (doesn't push pregnancy the way some OBs do for women of my age). She brought up a My Chart message that I had sent months ago and wanted to check if I was still having that issue or question, I had forgotten about it but I appreciated talking about it with her. I am never going to anyone else!

I love Dr. Zia and my primary doctor, Dr. [...]. They were both knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Both made my pregnancy, delivery, and after-care enjoyable.

I love Dr. Zia! She is warm, approachable, and I am very confident in her abilities. I always highly recommend her to my friends.

I loved Dr. Zia, she explained everything about my procedure clearly and I felt like she really listened to me when I had questions or concerns. I was very nervous about getting an IUD inserted but she made it so much easier to handle, I've already recommended her a couple of times.

I love how calm Dr. Zia is - I know as a first time mom-to-be - "Don't worry about it" is the best - Advice, but occasionally I'd like more info on WHY I shouldn't worry.

[...] only positive things. she is fantastic! made me comfortable with the procedure, completed it quickly and effectively, and was very clear about the types of symptoms I could expect

Dr. Zia is so sweet and puts me at ease.

Dr. Zia is the best!

I will ask for Dr Zia again.

Love having Dr. Zia as my provider. So relaxed and easy to work with. Few of my friends go to her too now.

I just love Dr. Zia and [...]. I feel they really care about me as a person, not just a patient.
