Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I went for a second opinion and selected that doctor. Dr. Zhao didn't think I should worry about my illness [...] and didn't think I should learn about my disease. When I called for more information, his assistant had to look it up on the internet.

Dr. Zhao is great.

Thank you, Dr. Zhao.

Dr. Zhao is very professional, concerned about any issues I may have had.

Explained things very thoroughly, left office with all my questions answered.

Good experience which I've come to expect.

After one visit, he helped me, when I had been asking other doctors to double check for years! He really listened to what I had to say.

Very kind and empathetic provider!

Dr. Zhao is an exemplary good provider.

Dr. Zhao is a great person, great listener, great communicator and great doctor with a great team of staff members.
