Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Williams is an excellent surgeon.
Swedish Patient

Asked to make follow up appointment, but after 1/2 hr. wait to do so, I just left.
Swedish Patient

Swedish Patient

Love Dr. Williams - he's the best he knows me & my hip issues very well.
Swedish Patient

Follow up care information was very minimal - mostly left up to physical therapist.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Williams cares about his patients, communicates well, and doesn't leave you with unanswered questions. I would and have recommended him to other people. they don't come much better than him! He has performed 3 very wonderful successful surgical procedures on me [...]
Swedish Patient

Dr. Williams is not my normal provider for this condition, but Dr. [...] was out of the office when I needed to do my post-op follow up. Dr. Williams was kind and helpful, but seemed more interested in the minor bleeding I was experiencing after getting the stitches out than in my overall post-op condition. There wasn't much of an exam, which is different from my previous experiences.
