Reviews

Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Only bad thing was the provider seemed rushed and we had a slight miscommunication on duration at my symptoms and it took me a while to realize he thought the attacks only lasted 45 minutes when they really lasted 4 to 5 hours. Once we figured it out everything worked out.

I was frustrated when I went in, but Dr. Wells explained everything to me so that I could easily understand why he was doing what he was.

Doctor dismissed my concerns, was unaware of the side effects of the drugs he prescribed & laughed at me for believing them, was not forthcoming with answers to my questions, was quite RUDE & rushed thru the appt.
