Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Terasaki is great. If a patient is not to discuss his/her medical concerns at a physical, the receptionist needs to say so when appointment being made. Patient needs to make 2 appointments back to back. Preventative care is good, but if a patient cannot discuss medical concerns at a physical appointment that is counter productive. To degree they were discussed - and that was discouraged -

Dr. Terasaki responded to my questions, both at the office and in follow-up on the MySwedish site. He was to have his staff arrange a follow-up lung scan but nobody from the office has called yet.

Routine physical was a limited venue for discussing stuff in detail.
