Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr Stolz is a very caring and kind physician. She listens carefully, and takes my individual needs into account. She treats me in a respectful manner, even when I report unusual / unexpected problems. She is one of the very best physicians I have ever seen!
Swedish Patient

I wish the doctor would contact me directly rather than relying on the receptionists, because I was very confused as to what the follow-up appointment was about.

She hadn't looked at the LONG survey I'd filled out prior. Said computer down - tells me this was last minute which is annoying. I spent 20-30 min on survey.
