Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

wonderful front office staff, answering many calls, doing intake, always friendly

I like my care provider (Dr. Neil Siecke).

He comes in and looks at the computer, does not really say but a couple of words. Walks out and give me a print out of his plan of care... answers no questions I might have about this plan or the disease itself.

This dr. is an excellent doctor but could use a little more tact, or choose his words a little better, so as not to offend or embarrass patient....needs a little more "bedside manner." Also, there was another young fellow in the room during my visit. I was never introduced to him or told why he was present...I assume he was an intern?

No problems all good

No bad experience.

Good depth for a follow-up visit; pleasant as well.

Dr Sieke saved my lief when I was in the hospital. Can't get any better than that.

Left in the middle of our appointment to take a call from another doctor. had an ekg run on me first thing but never looked at it or mentioned it until I asked him on the way out of the office, in the hall. [...] Distracted, rude at times [...]. So not that impressive. [...]

Have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Siecke and have recommended him several times to others.
