Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

We always have great conversations about Dr Sherman. She's always patient and makes sure we understand everything going on. The after-care sheets we get from Swedish are full of great information about what to expect at this stage of development, as well as information about vaccines we were given, or that are coming up.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Sherman always gives more than is required. I consider her an extraordinary doctor. She is also an unusually fine person.
Swedish Patient

I know that they are busy and Dr. Sherman is excellent. I feel that the method of communication through My Chart sometimes takes the relationship out of the conversation. Dr. Sherman is excellent and very responsive.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Sherman is incredibly friendly and knowledgable.
Swedish Patient

Thank you for saving my life Dr Sherman! You are the best Dr. ever!
Swedish Patient

we like Dr. Sherman, but the amount of time we have to wait to be with her for ten minutes is unreasonable. Our time is valuable, too.
Swedish Patient

terrible listener, rude, arrogant, yells at me for not crying it out when child is already sleeping through the night. doesn't make sense!
Swedish Patient

I feel Dr. Sherman has provided me with education to deal with my Diabetes type 2 condition and my quality of life is great.
Swedish Patient

I had asked if an appointment was necessary or if I could just do the lab test and the nurse on the phone had told me there would be a lot of information. The doctor was willing to answer my questions but did not provide any real information beyond the very basics without prompting, so I considered the appointment to be largely a waste of time since my questions and her answers were fairly basic and I didn't really learn anything new.
Swedish Patient

The doctor seemed irritated by some of my questions about my baby's sleep and hair. She was dismissive.
