January 30, 2013
Ear infections are the most common illness in kids. Almost every child will have at least one ear infection by the age of 5. What do you do when your child complains of ear pain? Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I don't feel the diagnosis is and I felt like the Dr was so over booked. Not her fault but I felt like she was very rushed. I was told what she thought it was and handed a leaflet about my condition and the paperwork recommends medicine. I didn't get any kind of prescription.

Dr Sanchez save my life?

I'd like to be treated by more than simply taking medications for a symptom. I want to get to the root of the problem and actually fix it. None the less Dr Sanchez is a good doctor. That is much more than I can say about the previous doctor I saw at this office. [...]

Dr Sanchez is an awesome provider who makes things very clear and understandable. She took good care of my daughter and I appreciate that. She also reached out after surgery to see how my daughter was doing and that made us feel that she really cares for her pt's.

I felt talked around - lots of medical jargon between the doctor and transcriber - I didn't feel part of any conversation when I thought I should have been included. She clearly found an issue, but I had to wait for the discussion between them before attention was back to me (happened a couple times) and then I had to ask questions to get information I thought should have been offered. However, I thought she was very thorough, diagnosed the problem quickly and I had full confidence in her course of treatment.
