Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I've been coming to Sound Women's Care for over 20 years. Since Dr. [...] retired, I've seen Dr. Rogers. She is a very good doctor, however, she seems to have too many patients for the number of hours she is choosing to work. I've referred both my daughters to her, yet we can never get in to see her if we need an immediate appointment. Instead, my daughters are always steered toward a (I'm assuming less expensive) nurse practitioner. I will be contacting the office manager to find a better DOCTOR to take care of me. I do not want to see a nurse practitioner. Dr. Rogers use to be good. [...] We are no longer a good fit.

She was very caring & reasonable. She didn't feel I needed the treatment. My provider recommended & talked in full detail why. We decided to wait. She wants to see me in a year. She was excellent.

Dr. Rodgers is an excellent provider. She makes you feel confident in her knowledge, you feel listened to and not rushed like you are on an assembly line. She has great bedside manner and sense of humor, which is greatly appreciated I theses types of appointments!
